AT: Technical Analysis Reflection

Rizzle Kicks - Down with the Trumpets

The analysis of the video was really helpful as not only did it give me an insight into how we should create interest within our shots and how to keep the flow going.

The first part of the analysis i looked at how they kept the flow of the narrative going, the use of the enigma code was present as they are in all these locations but for what reason?

The analysis really gives you a feel of how much footage is needed and this is contrasted with the 'hey ya ' filming we did as we filmed for 2 hours and only covered about 40 secounds of the track.

The video stands up to repeatability due to all the technicaly interesting framming and composition of shots and the editing techniques used.

The critical theorist Goodwin outlined factors tht are found within music videos in creating a star image. Certainly what is evident in the rizzle kicks video is the amount of meat shots used in order to get the star persona.

Overall the technical analysis really helps you to understand the layout of a narrative , and how it is composed. The amount of shots in this video was 70 however our music choice is faster paced so a cutting rate to suit the upbeat would raise the cutting rate significantly inclusive to this means alot of footage is needed.
